Terms of service
Last updated 1 September 2026
These terms apply to classes provided by TechCadets and to the use of this website. Enrolling a student means agreeing to them.
Who agrees
A parent or legal guardian enrols the student and is the person we contract with. All correspondence, invoicing and consent goes through that adult.
Enrolment and fees
A place is confirmed once a fee for the first period is received. Fees are charged monthly or per term, invoiced before each period. Current fees are shown on the fees page.
We may change fees for future periods and will give at least thirty days' notice to enrolled families. A change never applies to a period already paid for.
Attendance, recordings and make-ups
Sessions run live to a published schedule. Every session is recorded and shared with the enrolled families in that class. Each student has two make-up sessions per course, and may join another group's session in the same week where a seat is free.
If we cancel a session, it is rescheduled and does not count against a student's make-ups. Sessions missed by a student that are not covered by the make-up allowance are not refunded.
Recordings and materials
Recordings and course materials are for the personal use of enrolled students and their families. They may not be shared, resold or published. Work a student writes belongs to the student.
Conduct
We expect students to be civil to their classmates and their instructor. Harassment, deliberate disruption or sharing another student's work or recordings without permission may end a place, and we will speak to the parent before taking that step except where a student's safety is involved.
What we do not promise
We teach and we do it carefully, but we do not guarantee any particular grade, examination result, university place, employment or income. Any claim you see to the contrary is not one we have made.
Classes depend on the internet and on third-party software. We will do what is reasonable to keep sessions running and to reschedule when they cannot, but we are not responsible for outages outside our control.
Ending an enrolment
You can end an enrolment before the next billing period at no cost. We can end one for non-payment or for the conduct reasons above. Refunds are covered by the refund and cancellation policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. [PRE-LAUNCH: confirm this with a lawyer and name the jurisdiction for disputes.]
